  • ENVIRONMENT

    ENVIRONMENT Environmental issues are a top priority for INTYCO. The main goal is to improve resource efficiency, reduce pollution, exhaust and waste, and include environmental considerations in all processes from Design engineering to production.
    Minimize errors and mistakes and reduce waste through precise design engineering. We can use environmentally friendly materials in development and persevere in research. We plan to invest in environmental technology innovation.

  • SOCIAL INTYCO is committed to improving the labor environment and welfare of its members and promoting donations and support activities that contribute to the society. INTYCO will continue to make hard to become an enterprise that contributes to the society.
    In order to alleviate fatigue and improve self-development of the staff, an annual workshop is being conducted. Work environment improvement is being implemented through a work environment questionnaire once a quarter. Regular assistance for children in need of financial assistance is being promoted.

    GOVERNANCE INTYCO's management takes its corporate social responsibility seriously in order to ensure the success of its strategy and execution. To this end, all employees are working together, starting with the management, to comply with laws and ethics and to be at the forefront of transparent corporate operations.
    Management and all employees are regularly educated on a variety of topics such as labor law, bullying in the workplace, and sexual teasing in the workplace, and questionnaires are regularly conducted and put into practice.
